I took a coat to get dry cleaned. When I pick up my coat, a button is missing. I ask for a replacement or a small discount as my coat is not in the same condition. I was told, "I don't know that your button was there when you dropped it off. I won't give you a discount." Essentially, they are telling me that I am lying for what, a button and $2 off? Absolutely terrible customer service. I strongly suggest you go somewhere else. I will never do business with them again.
