This bank is terrible to say the least, they never pick up the phone when its not busy, they charge you every time your card gets processed as a debit card, $ 1.50 even when you put the option to charge as credit card they still charge you, i called the main ofice aswell as my branch and they just looked at me with a glazed look they said they will get back to me never did, when i called back for resolution they said they couldnt do anything, when i asked why they didnt really know they just said thats how there system is. By the way they never told me about these fee's, this bank is run like its from a third world country that has never seen a organized society.also you cannot pull out more than 2,000 dollars without sending them a notice a few days prior, so this means you have to go to there limited branches twice. stay away, they are crooks
