Don't know who wrote that glowing review. My experience wiht the owner was more like the woman with the burnt hair. The owner is loud and obnoxious and thinks she knows what's best. She hasn't a clue. The other workers are very hard-working and look to satisfy the customer even if they are a bit slow.

I have been doing my hair at this salon for over 6 years. When I started my hair was damage, but by the well attend of the owner paulette my hair looks healthy and beautiful. She has and use the best quality products. I highly recommend this salon. I have not been disappointed not once. Hope this review help someone in their search.

I came here a little after 2 to get some color. Little did I know the hair stylist was drinking all day long. I don't know what hair salon do you go to at 2 pm at the owner/supervisor is drunk and doing hair and the other workers would not say anything. Not knowing she was drunk I showed her a picture of how I wanted my hair color and little to be known this lady took it to yourself to give me the color and hairstyle she felt would work for me. I asked this lady for a temporary rinse instead she bleach my hair n told me that this is nice and with some curls it would be good to go. I was not satisfied and showed her the picture again of what I wanted. She had an attitude then tried to convince me to do blue or red.... I don't know who wear blue or red hair to work but I don't. She then dyed my hair too dark. When I told her she got upset n left me to set down until after 8. She finally started back my hair and made it lighter. Due to the time she stated it's best to just blow it out. While she started blowing it out my hair started breaking and burning. When I told her to stop and got so upset. It's now 9:50pm and she refuses to finish my hair or give me back my money. I came at the hair salon since 2 there was only two other clients before me n 7 hours later my hair is just wet and breaking off. She had a nasty attitude. And was very unprofessional. If I would have known I was going to be treated this way I would have just made a dog do my hair. This hair salon should be closed. Like I don't know who drinks and do hair. Poor management...

I went there on a Monday and expected to get a wash and set w deep conditioner and a blowout for $15 as they have a special Monday til Wednesday... I told the one worker who was there what I wanted and she said ok, I kept asking the price and she acted deaf, however being that the sign is hanging on the awning and in the window I figured it was already clear! How I was mistaken! After the lady washed my hair she asks do you want conditioner? ?! Ummm duh she then says that my hair will be $25, why do you ask, according to her this Monday doesn't count because its a holiday wtf! Its presidents since when does that matter! There was nothing that said that and she didn't express that until after my hair was wet! The blowout looked like crap honestly I could have and will do this from home, I will never ever go back ever!
