Established in 1968, Pathmark operates more than 140 supermarkets throughout New York, New Jersey and in the city of Philadelphia. Headquartered in Carteret, N.J., Pathmark is one of the leading regional supermarket chains in the United States. In addition, it operates a club called Pathmark Pharmacy Advantage Club, which treats a variety of medical conditions in different categories, including allergies, asthma, cardiac problems, cold and cough, thyroid, diabetes and Parkinson s disease. Pathmark employs more than 27,000 associates and has stores located in cities throughout the United States, including Brooklyn, N.Y.
