Based on a couple online reviews , called them five days ahead for appointment. My recommendation: don’t.



Called at 8:30 AM to confirm a 2-5 appointment. “Not open yet , but will check and call you back.” No call.



12:05: “I know your appointment is for 2-5, but can I come now?” “No, I’m at work, leaving early to be there at 2 PM.” “Ok, ok.”



1:30: got home a bit early, so called technician. “It’ll be $125. I’ll be there 2-5, original time.”



4:30: No technician. So I call the main number. “Oh, I’ll call the technician and find out when he’s coming and call you back.”



5 PM: No call- back, so I call them. “You’re next on the list. One of our technicians called in sick at noon, so we’re late.”



9 PM (their closing time): Still waiting. No call, not technician, no nothing. No answer at the main number.



Wasted time.

Park Slope Appliance Repair was a real professional. They were quick and efficient. I really appreciate their tech's ability and skills to fix the problem. They've also got exceptional customer service skills and completed our service needs in a very timely manner. They really see to it that their customers get the full satisfaction. A great company to work with and reasonable prices!

For 2 years now I have continuously used the services of Park Slope Appliance Repair and as always I am very satisfied with their service- the technician never gave me a problem. I was always given a reasonable service price and what I even appreciate with this company is that the technician will tell me straightforward if my appliance was beyond repair. I have 5 of my friends avail of their services and like me, they had no complaints.

After finishing our dinner I loaded the dishes to the dishwasher and after putting it on I smelled something like a plastic burning. Good thing I had the presence of mind to put the machine off. I called Park Slope Appliance Repair and they sent their guy after an hour and the entire check and repair was wrapped up before noon. The charges that was billed was reasonable considering the great service that I got.
