Pretty Good Pizza, Great Service!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I occasionally order up a stack of pies from this store and they are always delivered within the hour as ordered. Once, I had placed an order on the website and inside 10 minutes, the store called me. I was sure my pies couldn't possibly be ready and I was right. The gentleman on the other end informed me that my requested toppings were not available and offered me other options. Now, that's good customer service in my book. I'd give the highest rating, but I don't like rating inflation.

This franchise is a mockery of...

This franchise is a mockery of a pizza joint. Second time I place a SIMPLE order of a large pie and buffalo wings at 6:15pm today Friday 09/14/2012, and AGAIN I had to call the store after waiting one hour and fifteen minutes, to learn that they AGAIN have not updated my phone, which by the way, I corrected the previous time. Long story short, no pizza and a bunch of excuses from the Manager. Horrible service back to back from this sorry bunch!
