There really aren't many honest businesses now adays. Everyone wants to take advantage of someone in a bad situation. It was really a breath of fresh air to find a place like Palais Glass. It was a terrible morning waking up to see that the passenger side window of my car was broken. Called the police, filed a report and then attempted to get my car fixed. Called 2 dealers and they told me the glass had to be ordered. It would take days and ~$200 for the window and installation. Then I decided to look for a local place. Found Palais Glass, read the reviews and decided to call them. I spoke with Sal and explained the situation to him. He said he'd call me back in 5 minutes. And he did! Told me to bring my car in and he'd get me out in 2 hours. Sure enough, I brought my car to the shop. About 1.5 hours later, car was done, broken glass was cleaned up. I paid $135 for the job. No BS, just did the job and got me out. Couldn't ask for anything more. At least the day ended up better than it started.
