being that i am a former Account they had i know how this company operates this place went to hell when lenny left now its run by a fat disgusting racist THEIF of a human pete and the other manager peter is not far off the bald guy willy is who i ordered parts from and he would visit me to see if we needed anything that was the good part the bad was every bill i got was higher than the next for the same stuff i had just purchased if you have an account with this company hire a good book keeper to spot all the shady charges if you must go stick to willy or the other spanish guy this place has and can get what you need in a timely manner and the dispatcher is a great helpful guy even bringing me parts when the drivers are busy but beware of the managers pete and peter they will steal the hairs off your ass if you let them

This place has what you need or can get you what ever you may need the problem is the rude management that runs this place the one large guy that sits upfront is just all out rude and thinks its funny often laughing and mumbling to himself (think of shrek just alot less funny) and i could swear i saw him raise the price to the parts i had just purchased but i was in a bind and needed parts asap the older gentleman who gave me my parts was nice enough to bring it to my car the staff is not the problem on another occasion i needed another part and the first counterman helped me out a lot but i needed to return a part so he called his manager from the back of the store another rude piece of s#&t gave me the run around i just ended up returning the stuff and took my business else where is a shame this place has what i need and is super close to me but i will not deal with the rudeness of the management (i feel sorry for there workers) save your money buy online !

Needed a master cylinder for an older car looked every were no one had saw this auto parts store that looked like it was closed until i turned the corner i was greeted by not one but 3 informative workers all answering my questions from different points of view ...and to my Surprise they were all correct asked about my master cylinder and not only did they have it in stock they had three others as well also picked up a battery oil and both filters for a newer car i own all this for under 180 dollars ....did i mention this is in brooklyn ..where you can not get any thing cheap . this place has great parts at a great price and is the only place close to manhattan and long island if you are looking for accessories go to pepboys as this place is strictly parts as it should be ....if you are ever in ny and need parts i highly recommend the napa store in greenpoint

I needed a light bulb for my car and stopped in. I wasn't greeted or helped, but I was able to find what I needed quickly with the organized layout.



The cashier lady was friendly and made sure to check if I got the right item. She was also very informative about the return policy and made me feel like she genuinely cared about my purchase.
