I would not recommend this optical center at all. I wish I could give this place a rating of minus 10 stars !!! I first called last Thursday (August 25) and spoke with Mark. I inquired as to whether or not they accepted my insurance. I given Mark all the information he requested and he said he'd call me back later that day. As of right now....August 30, at 11:30 pm I was never called. On Monday I decided to go in and speak with him. I told him that he was supposed to call me and he told me that he had my last name incorrectly spelled. He had my phone number. Wouldn't the professional thing to do would be to actually call me?
On Monday, again, I gave him my medical insurance information and his almost exact words were "can you wait 10 minutes for a fax to come in?" (from the insurance company). I would be still waiting because he still hasn't called me back. I find that highly unprofessional, rude and discourteous. I'll go elsewhere.
