My daughter left her cell phone (iphone 6) in a cab from this company. She called the phone right after she got out and it was immediately turned off. She called the driver direct (at that time) and he said he didn't have it. Unless it magically turned itself off I would assume he did.



I called the base. They said they would look in to it and get back to me. A day went by and they never called. That night I called back and I was told "they discovered" no one found a phone. When I explained that it was turned off right after she got out, I was told these exact words: "let me explain something to you, this is car service, we're not responsible for anything. Don't call us back." And I thereafter heard a click.



On the basis of the customer service and the events I would not recommend anyone take this car service.
