Olympus moving are the best moving company I worked with. No damages, no problems or mistakes during the moving occurred and that’s what makes them big in my eyes. I loved the fast delivery from my old home in Delaware to New York and of course I love the price in the end.

We used Olympus Moving to move our entire house from a storage unit to our new home in the city. The movers arrived on time and introduced themselves. They were all very friendly and polite. They loaded and unloaded the truck quick and efficiently and they were careful with our things as well. When I called Olympus Moving to set it up I was told that the move will take about 4-5 hours and he was right on with the time frame. Great guys and great company that we would use again and definitely recommend to others!

I moved with this company to Houston three weeks ago. I got their information from my friend who also used them last summer for his move to North Carolina. It was literally a last minute thing, I sent them the inventory in an email and they got back to me with a quote very quickly. Later that day I looked at that list again and realized that I missed a lot of stuff. They were actually very patient with me and gave me a new quote. It did go up a bit but it’s understandable since I added more items. I spoke to several people in the office and again everyone was very nice and patient. They also sent me free boxes which came in handy since I was too busy to take care of it. On my moving day the guys arrived in the afternoon like they told me the day before and they dismantled my tables, bed frame and all of my furniture’s, so I literally didn't have to lift a finger and spent a great time chatting with my old neighbor.



Everything went smoothly and I got the delivery in a few days. I will definitely recommend you guys, bunch of thanks!

I would not suggest that anyone use this company. They give you a quote then on the day of the move they add extra charges. My service went up $600. Then they did not even arrive on time. I am very unhappy with this company and will NEVER use them again.

Excellent experience with Olympus Moving for our move to AZ. I contacted them via email a couple of weeks before I needed to move, and they quickly scheduled me for my preferred day and arranged for boxes and packing supplies to be delivered.



On our moving day, the movers called to tell me that they were on their way and arrived within the scheduled time that I got the day before. They were all very friendly and quickly got started on assessing what was being moved and wrapping up the furniture with moving blankets and plastic. Also, I waited until the day of to get wardrobe boxes. They brought them and even packed up my closet for me!



At my new location, they quickly put everything into the rooms that all items needed to go into. They'll also position your beds and furniture’s the way you want it. No damage occurred of anything that was moved.



Overall, they provided a stress-free experience. If I ever move again, I'll be sure to use Olympus Moving.

Wow! the best moving service I have ever used!

Not only was Nate and crew efficient, professional and neat everyone was so friendly and polite!

They were actually a pleasure to talk to and all the while they never stopped moving to get out of one location and into another!

Everything arrived without damage and they placed everything and set it up faster than I could think of where to put it and the cost of the move was LESS than we expected!

What more can I say to recommend this company to anyone who has to deal with the pain that moving is but these guys make it a pleasure!

Nothing but great things to say about Olympus Moving and the crew that moved me. Bad weather did not deter them from working carefully and quickly. I would use again and would highly recommend their services to anyone.

This company does not belong in business at all. They don't even deserve a full star. Be aware and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! The in home estimators are the worst ever. They do not know how to do a real estimate to save their lives. They will give you one binding estimate that will not exceed that amount but the day of pickup it will change drastically. Then the right day window of the delivery is just a bunch of lies that they do not honor. When you call them up to talk to someone about it they just like passing the buck to someone else or they will constantly lie to you. The only person you will true answers from and not lies is the truck driver. And if you notice that the five star reviews are nothing but cut and paste reviews that they pay people to put up for them. All they do is change the name I the people posting those reviews. So beware of this company and stay far far away from them.

We were thoroughly impressed by the efficiency and economy of our move. I highly recommend Olympus Moving. We recently made a long distance move and needed someone to unload our truck once we got to the new house. I contacted Olympus Moving and Storage online and got a response from Sarone almost immediately. He answered all my questions and he was very helpful. When we arrived here the movers called ahead of time to let us know that they were on their way and once they were here they worked fast and efficiently. Olympus movers were very polite and professional. They were very careful with all of our belonging and were careful not to bump into any walls or doors. They made every effort to put everything in the place we wanted and even offered to help put the furniture’s back together if we needed it. Olympus Moving and Storage were great in every aspect and we would definitely use them again. Their price was really reasonable too. These guys are great!

Gee it's funny how that happens when you pay for space used up in the 1st truck!!

The 2nd truck was smaller and they had a 2nd delivery packed also in the front with our mattress hanging off the back of the truck.

Stop looking for movers. Olympus moving and storage are THE BEST.



I had a WONDERFUL experience with Olympus Moving and Storage. I am a nice person, but also have zero patience for carelessness, unprofessionalism or rudeness. These guys were bright.



Their prices were fair, they were very professional and I feel confident that they gave us the best deal compared to the other movers I called when I was shopping for a mover. It was so easy making the reservation with Olympus Moving, I thought I missed something because it really was too easy. On moving day, Don called & said they'd be at our place within 20-minutes & they were. Both my husband & I were very impressed with them.



Olympus Movers were incredibly efficient & we couldn't be happier with their services. They were on time, very kind, friendly & incredibly hard-workers. I have a lot of antiques, several very expensive pcs. & they paid special attention to something that was hard to pack & was a gift from a friend who had passed away. In fact - they re-wrapped it for me to make sure that it was safe.



Excellent service all around. I would recommend Olympus Moving and Storage to anyone.

From the estimators, to the wrapping expert, to the heavy lifters--they were all the best! There really is no way to describe their "whatever you need" attitudes; Olympus Moving really exemplified OUTSTANDING customer service in every aspect of my dealings with them. They called to confirm, they arrived as expected, they had smiles and create a genuine support system for those moving—Olympus Moving and Storage is a gift to all those fortunate to live nearby their services.



In Stratford, CT, I had many boxes wrapped and ready to go, but the larger furniture items, and paintings also had to be wrapped. Olympus Movers wrapped everything with great care--way beyond expectations--they even wrapped my bike! The inventory was meticulously done and the movers were incredibly efficient and kind. I drove to Chicago, IL confident that my belongings were safe and in good hands.



In Chicago a few days later, the moving crew was waiting for me. When speaking with them, I realized that I had forgotten to get the required cashier's check. Any other moving company would likely have been angered and probably charged me more for the wait, but the Olympus crew told me not to worry and waited while I rushed to the bank. They too had the most amazing attitudes. They were unbelievably courteous and ran up three flights of stairs with smiles.



Everything was delivered as promised, the crew was just amazing, and I will never move without Olympus Moving and Storage.

This was one of the best experiences we've ever had with a moving company. Our move last weekend was a huge success thanks to Olympus Moving and Storage. First of all I was able to make the arrangements with only 2 weeks notice. We had a loading dock with limitations on size for their truck and Olympus Moving were able to accommodate us. There were 4 guys and they showed up right on time. They introduced themselves, were dressed clean and professional and got busy right away. I was shocked how fast the movers got our things loaded up. All of our furniture was wrapped and moved with extreme care but they were moving quickly, even running at times. I never even saw them take a break. At one point I asked if they wanted a cold drink and the forman said "when we are done". They got us moved out of the old place and into the new in a few hours.



When we arrived at the new place they offered to put sticky pads on the bottom of all our furniture to protect the wood floors...one less thing we would have to worry about later. They even hauled away an old bed frame we no longer wanted. In comparison to other moving companies we have used in the past we were highly impressed. We will never use anyone else.



What was a very intimidating endeavor turned out to be efficient and well executed. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Olympus Moving and Storage, they worth every penny.

Would recommend Olympus Moving and Storage to anyone! We had so much stuff and my wife had recently had back surgery so I bit the bullet and hired Olympus Moving. Four guys packed up my apartment in a few hours! I would have had to take a week off from work but they did it in the time they said they would. I know it was more stuff than we expected too. They packed everything without a scratch, a break, or any lost items.



I wanted to be around during the pack and move to take care of any final details and to take apart some Ikea furniture, that was not an issue for them, they work so respectfully that it didn't even feel like I was there "inspecting their work" it was just totally comfortable.



When we got to our new place they unpacked everything and then asked us if we needed anything moved into different rooms so that we wouldn't have to move anything heavy once they were gone!



They did everything in the time frame they said they would, they came in under the quote, and my wife didn't have to move a thing or feel like she wasn't helping. Best move ever!



Olympus Moving and Storage are the best movers in the city.

I am so impressed with the FAST and FRIENDLY service I received. I usually use my cousins but they didn’t have time for me so I had to find a company asap. I searched online and Olympus Moving and Storage came up a few times and the reviews were mostly all good. Other companies offered "flat-rate" but when I called all the other I just didn't get the feeling that this was the case.



After contacting Olympus Moving with a general list of what I had and where I was going, I received both a voice mail from Lisa Bell and an email with a quote. At this point, I knew I was dealing with a professional company.



The day of the move, Ben, gave me a call to let me know that they are on the way. This was fantastic news as I was eager to get things going.



Ben, Josh and Don showed up, gave a quick walk through of my two bedrooms apartment and got to work quickly. No time was wasted and they knew exactly how to tackle each parcel as it was carefully passed through the door and onto the truck.



The move in was just as quick (aside from the two story climb) as the move out. Olympus Movers tackled the job without hesitation or delay and even offered some advice as to what to cool places to check out given my new surroundings.



All in all, it was one of the best experiences I have had doing business with a company in a long while. Not only did they come in and do the job that was requested, they did it efficiently and with top-notch customer service. That is hard to find in a company. I will most definitly recommend Olympus Moving and Storage to anyone looking to move. The experience was pleasant and professional from start to finish - 10 Stars!

I would highly recommend Olympus Moving and Storage to anyone. Words cannot express how amazing my move went from Norwalk, CT to Phoenix, AZ. It was my first time moving and it exceeded my expectations. From the first call, their sales person Lisa was so helpful in providing information and suggestions in assuring me their company is the best one to work with and that it will be well worth the price. I cannot believe how easy it was to move with Olympus Moving. Other companies were reachable via email and they had questionnaires to fill out and it was so impersonal!



As for the day of the move, it was quick and painless. Ben, Keith and Joe were professional, efficient, patient, careful, nice and hardworking. They told me that Olympus Moving and Storage is a great company to work for and you can see that in their work ethics, personality and customer relations.



Olympus Movers even impressed all of my friends and roommates that they came into contact with! The guys showed my friends and roommates that were there to help me how great they were and how well they took care of my belongings/furniture’s. I was even able to make it to lunch on time with friends from out of town. Thought I would have to miss it because of the morning move.



I definitely appreciate the fantastic and quality service I received from Olympus Moving. A job well done!



I am going to use Olympus Moving and Storage to help me move across the country for my next move in a year or two.
