very professional, service is quick- I never have to wait long when i come for my appointments. Staff is professional and knowledgeable. I met with both brothers and they were caring and answered all of my questions.

If you can prevent it, DO NOT see these doctors. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE PATIENTS, only about their egos, money, and themselves.



I went to this office to get my ears cleared. The first doctor I saw was Manoj, the youngest. He completely ignored the fact that he was causing me pain and that I had vertigo immediately following the procedure.

When I asked him about snoring, he point-blank said, after looking me up and down "well, you are fat. You should lose weight, then the snoring will stop."

(I am overweight, but I have never been told that I am fat by a doctor!)



The next time I visited the office, his father saw me. He kept on calling me "honey" and "sweetie." He did not even look at my file and did not even know my name! He called the medical assistant other sexist terms in front of me which I found very distasteful and disrespectful.



In desperation, after being dizzy for 24 hours and having loss of balance, I returned to see the doctor. The receptionist refused to allow me to wait and told me that the doctor had 43 patients in 3 hours. And he would not see me at all that day because he was going on vacation! 43 patients in 3 hours, like a meat market!



Unfortunately, this is the only ENT to serve Sheepshead Bay, and I had no choice but to go to him. At this point, I have changed my ENT to a doctor in Bay Ridge, but it is totally worth it - being treated like a human being is totally worth the inconvenience of going to Bay Ridge.

I went to see Dr. Manoj Kantu because of a medical condition that was caused by another doctor in his field. Well let me tell you first, that this doctor doesn't care about the well being of his patients. Without actually ever saying it bluntly to me he found that he was unable to help me with my condition. And the only reason was that he didn't want to get involved. Now this is a physician who does over a hundred surgeries a year. I live in Sheepshead Bay and he wanted to send me to a doctor in Bedford Stuyvesant. Trust me when I say that this doctor shoiuld not be practicing medicine in our area, he's quick to give you a nose operation and ever quicker to give you the boot in a real medical problem.
