When first dropped off my car I requested a radiator hose to be replaced. I asked how long it would take to finish the service and the manager/owner Max just mocked me. I was called an hour and a half later to pick up my vehicle and I was told that the total was $70. I asked exactly what they had done and I was told that the same radiator hose that I had before was kept and it was cut open and glued or taped back together. This is not the service I asked for, I asked for the hose to be replaced completely. I was also being charged for a gallon of antifreeze, which was also a service that I had not asked for. I was disrespected by Max and hounded by the other mechanics there. One mechanic was nice enough to calmly talk to me, not like max who was just yelling at me. I ended up being forced to pay since I had to leave with my car but they had the keys. I was not provided with a receipt even though I requested one. This business does not take card either. Super shady.

TL;DR
I was given a completely different service than was requested. I was overcharged for antifreeze that I didn’t request. I was yelled at and disrespected. I was not given a receipt and I had no other choice but to pay in cash.
