I called this taxi company in order to take me to work in a NY museum yesterday. They told me that the car will take only 5 minutes and the taxi showed around 16 minutes late. I called them three times. They make me arrive late to my project. The taxi dispatcher was also very rude to me when I called to ask him where was my car. The car driver was nice but he was driving very slow to the museum.

The dispatcher didn't care that I was going to be late to my project.

This was very disappointing when I took this taxi yesterday.

The service is horrible. The operator is very disrespectful. They are not clear with communication. Nortena gives you a estimated time arrival and they come later than what they told you. I do not recommend this cab service at all.

Horrible horrible service just gets worse and worse since those two lil boys took aver the dispatcher positions

I called ahead to reserve a car for my mother and son for a 3:30pm pickup. They didn't arrive until almost 4pm. In between, I called and my mother called and we kept getting the "he'll be there in 2 minutes" response. All the dispatcher had to do is call back and say, they were going to be late.



I'll never call this company again.
