This place New Hope has to be the worst experience my family has ever had with any mechanic. Roger comes off as a caring mechanic/owner and an sounds as if he knows what he's talking about but BEWARE!!!!! he and his staff who tried to fix my car X3 BMW, truly never fixed it, one problem after the another. Finally after spending a few thousand dollars (EXPENSIVE) and car still not fixed, I moved on to a friend of mine who I should have went to in the first place, he fixed my car the first time I brought it there not waisting time playing guessing games with my hard earned dollars. Also know the PARKING on this block is horrendous. STAY AWAY if you don't want to get ripped off and get aggravated.

I was skeptical about car mechanics ever since I had one bad experience with a garage and I even have friends who knows a lot about cars and have also messed up my car that would nearly cost me double to fix, and believe me non of them I know are as professional as New Hope. I found New Hope when when my insurance agent recommended me a garage that would guarantee to take care of my cars for a long time. Ever since then I have never been disappointed whenever I need my car to be service. lately they've been busy with a lot of customers but I still take my car there whenever I needed it maintained.
