I went there for state inspection,for my 2014 seinna,after I got my ny plates.(moved back from other state)i ask the owner（sneaky face look) to inspect my car,and switch my outside state plate. After few mins,he told me change plate for labor 20dollorrrrrrr.

For few mins inspect my car,he told me my absorber leaking,that is common for my model,300dollar for changing part,what the hell! I just got my 15k toyota care yestaday.after I inform him this,he told me to pull out my car to check my dealer.

And also I am blessed he don't charge me for my inspection,they got a huge sign upfront show

I forgot to took pic to show there ugly trick for businesses,tons dealer shop around,avoiding the shop,best as u can.

Ps,right after that,I went to Toyota dealer shop in bayrige Toyota,speak my concern,they speak to owner mike,squeeze out a schedule for me done that for me without charge by end of the day,top service recommend.

If that could be 0 star,I will do it,for 1 star they just got lucky.
