. Rude and Not Professional Customer Service.



I went to the store Neptune Auto Parts, bought paint spray for my car. The name of the paint color is the same color like my car and salesperson Aleksandr looked at my car and confirmed it. I bought paint spray and sprayed a little bit on my car. The color is different. I decided to return the paint spray. I went back to this store in 15 minutes with the receipt and paint spray. The salesperson Aleksandr was rude and told me that we cannot accept this spray back because you already used it. The owner of the strore Simon did not defend me and refused to exchange this paint spray or return my money.



I do not recommend to anybody to go to this store. Salesperson and owner of this store are rude and not professional. This business deserves a zero star rating.



The best stores to go to are Home Depot and Auto Zone.
