Provided by YP.comThe optometrist themselves are very kind, but that's as far as it goes. The people who are in charge of checking your files, helping you with the lenses, etc. are extremely rude and pretty much un-helpful. I'm a big fan of the "big-frame" trend, and the lady who was supposed to be helping me with my frames expressed that big frames are ugly and therefore would look very bad on me. She also expressed how my current glasses at the time only hindered my image.
There is a polite and unoffensive way to express most everything.
Also, my father- who pays for my glasses, asked why he had to pay for things here and there, when his insurance voucher was supposed to cover for everything and one of the many workers refused to tell my father why.
Besides the rude and unfriendly workers, the service is quite less than mediocre. I ordered a pair of glasses and the frames in which the lenses had to be cut and the prescription needed to be changed and as of now I've been waiting THREE WEEKS for the glasses.
Also, the glasses at National Vision are exceptionally bad. They break easily- VERY easily. I had a pair of glasses for 6 months and by the end of the six months the legs had completely fallen off and the lenses popped out.
Not to mention the fact that, the National Vision never picks up their phone.
