Horrible service! Their "best" technicians came out to check my rangehood and they asked me for an instruction manual. When I told them I didn't have one, the first technician says to the other that the rangehood is "too complicated" and he's not even going to touch it. The other technician couldn't even find the serial number on the rangehood and was taking down the product replacement number for the filter beore I told him where to look for the serial number. He couldn't even put back the filter. They didn't call for the entire week to tell me about the part availability. When I called to complain to them the operator was rude and hung up.
