I had a problem with my dishwasher, so I called Superior Appliance Repair, because I see my whole neighborhood (Williamsburg, Brooklyn) uses them, I see them all the time here, they fixed it for me for a very cheap price, according to others.

Overall, I was satisfied. After a few days of having a leaky washing machine I made a next day appointment with them, a technician came the next day and fixed the problem... he was also able to do some maintenance on my dryer and didn't charge anymore for it plus made some recommendations for keeping them in good condition. There rates seemed industry-standard (as I've used other services in the past) and would use them again. Hope this helps.

fast service, great team, professional, solved my fridge problem in no time and to my total satisfaction, even cleaned my fridge in the process. all this for much less than others wanted to charge!!

Washer was not working it only filled up with water, it wouldn't empty. So I called Superior Appliance Repair, I told them the problem they immediately scheduled me for the next day. The next day the technician (didn't ask him his name), came with the exact part that he needed and had it fixed in no time. Will surely use them again for any of my other appliances if anything goes wrong.

Long story short, my oven was not working and Now one appliance repair would have a technician ready until weeks later. I called Superior Appliance repair and they had a technician ready to diagnose my problem. They sent out John the following day and he pin pointed the problem and was able to grab the control board and fix my oven THE SAME DAY! John knew his stuff from A to Z. He was also nice enough to check my fridge and adjusted my door. You guys ROCK!!!

Easy!!!! One of those things you just lose sleep over. Who's coming, what time, do I have to hide my valuables???? The answer.... NO!!!! Everything was perfect. Trust me I have kids so anything easy is perfect.
