With a desire to get into martial arts, I looked to find an art that would be useful for protection on the street as well as a great way to stay in shape. Another request was that it was a martial art I could practice for many years to come, that did not involve being thrown to the floor; my back being a bit sensitive. Wing Chun has taken care of both.

Being a mature man I find the classes to be just what I was looking for. I breath deeper and my body is more connected to the ground. A feeling of relaxed solidness has come to me. My whole world (including my golf game) has been affected positively by my regular attendance. The teacher is a man of great skill and a warm heart, who has a passion to share his knowledge of Kung Fu with others.
