Great people to work with

I found this moving company to be the best out of all the former companys ive used. They movers are great workers, polite and nice. The agent that helped me in the office was also great, he guided me through my whole moving process and reassured me the movers knew what they were doing and were good at what they do. And he didnt lie... I recommend them to anyone who is planing a move local or long distance.

Good transaction

Crown Royal are really lovely movers. They are professional, thorough, and friendly. Every email and phone call was responded to immediately and thoroughly. Even though I packed more than I had estimated, it was no problem. The shipment arrived right on time and the drivers called in advance. Thank you for safely moving all of my things.

DON'T USE THEM!!!!!

They deserve zero stars but it won't let me do that. First off I was guaranteed a 3-5 day delivery from NJ to SC. On day 7 I called and left messages that no one returned. On day 8 I finally got someone on the phone and was told that they could not get in touch with the dispatcher or driver. Eric, the salesman who took my reservation just blew me off and said it was out of his hands. I should also mention that he is the only one there that speaks any type of understandable english. So after many phone calls the driver shows up on day 11 and his only response is that if I moved to the west coast it would have been 20 days. I'm not sure where the relevance is there but it made him happy to say it. When my items where picked up in NJ they were packed into a box truck and the space was measured and I was charged for that amount of space. Well they didn't even pack half way up the truck and when they arrived in SC my stuff was crammed into a tractor trailer which was about 3 times less space than I was charged for. All of my boxes were crushed and my new borns baby swing was bent beyond repair. The two guys tried to bend it back into shape even though I told them not to bother becuase the tray was so cracked and it was swinging lop-sided that there was no way I was putting my baby in it. My favorite part of the day was when Sergiy, if thats how you spell it, tells me that the last customer was unhappy also and was calling the BBB. That will be my next step after this rating. Also I was charged for supplies that was not mentioned in when I reserved it. I wouldn't mind but they used boxes from someone elses move. They had names and room locations written on them that were not done by me. I took pictures of everything and would be happy to forward them to anyone interested.

i had a nasty experience with representative this afternoon that has left me furious.

He was rude, though you could barely understand him, and RACIST. Rude, obnoxious, and absolutely atrocious.

Money is money, doesnt matter where it comes from...and especially when its not stolen... (along the lines of maybe what youre used to)



I RECOMMEND SENSITIVITY TRAINING.
