The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I have never seen so many selections. Some were a bit too ornate but many choices are so elegant exactly my style. The delivery process was easy and relatively fast.

When we first received our bedroom set I was super excited. It was to be delivered in 3 days. The day of delivery I was missing a dresser and mirror and my bunky board was way thicker than we ordered. 2 days later I was told it would come and it did not. The day of delivery they said between 2-5 I would get it. 6pm came and I called and they said 7. 7:30 came and they wouldn't answer their phone. I'm fuming with anger at their receptionist there for poor customer service. No one called me to tell me any delays would happen. Now I have to wait another day. I'm so furious I want to return everything we brought. The only nice thing that came out of this place was my salesperson Angelo. Everyone else is terrible and I will not shop here again. Sad because the furniture is beautiful.

This store is a nightmare. Wayy overpriced furniture that can be found at Raymour & Flanigan. They sell you quick and dont mention exchange or refunds because there ARE NO RETURNS. Also, they leave the garbage in your home after assembly.

Amazing selection! In fact it would probably be impossible. The store is three stories high with and a block long. I dealt with Seema and she was great during the sale process and was even better after the sale when I needed help with a drawer issue on my beautiful bedroom set. I'm glad I was referred to Mobilia by my sister.

I am one of those that love to window shop before making a decision and did plenty of it when looking for a bedroom set. i stumbled across Mobilia a giant gem of a store with two floors of unique pieces with so much to choose from i was happy Amanda was there to help. She knew exactly what i was looking for and was helpful without being pushy. Definitely a must visit!!!

We were quite dismayed to read the reviews that were posted on various websites about Mobilia Furniture, a family owned and operated business.



After researching your comments, we have come to the conclusion that your issues were unjustified. Although you are entitled to your opinion, please be advised that your comments do border on slander and libel, which we do not take lightly or kindly to.



Therefore, in order to bring closure to Ms. Binyamin’s comments, we have chosen to pick up the furniture that was delivered into her home and issue a full and complete refund.



Considering the fact that a refund was promptly issued, we are dumbfounded as to why, several weeks thereafter, we received a request for documentation from the New York Department of Consumer Affairs.



Apparently it would seem that Ms. Benyamin has too much time on her hands and is interested in making an issue over something as simple as a small scratch on a piece of custom made furniture.



As we have been a fixture in the community for more than 29 years and have an Excellent Rating the BBB and Consumer Affairs, we have chosen the better part of valor and decided to return our clients deposit in full and wish her well.



At Mobilia, we pride ourselves on offering high quality furniture at exceptional prices. Our customer service is top notch and beyond compare. With that said, every now and then we find a client that we cannot please. When this happens, we are more than happy to offer them their money back and wish them well.



In this case we have done just that.

My mother recently purchased a sofa from here and unfortunately it did not fit through the door. The manager offered a service where a professional comes and takes apart the sofa and puts it back together once the sofa is inside the room. We paid a fee for this because it was my moms fault for not measuring her doorway. I was impressed by the fast service by the manager and the technician. The sofa was delivered the next day and the take apart job was done on the same day. Overall I would recommend this store. They were professional and honest with my mom.

the worse furniture store and service I have ever had experience with...

I bought my furniture’s on 1/11/20104, was promised to have it all delivered to me the fallowing Saturday. it never happened. gave me all sort or reasons, and promised to have it delivered on Monday. the brought it over on Monday, but guess what? one of the furniture’s were damaged the second was incorrect ordered.

the left my apartment (very massy by the way) and promised to have t finished on that Wednesday. never happened. the gave an excuses of bad weather etc etc....

after two weeks of chasing them they had the part that was damaged delivered. the assemble it all. but guess what? all done horrible and unprofessional (I latterly have spaces in between parts) i called that day saying i want it all returned and my money reimbursed . they said no, and that they will send someone to fix it (that was 3 weeks ago, still waiting)

about the 2nd furniture, also still waiting. it has been 5 weeks since ordered, and paid in full and nothing is done, or delivered.

really the worse store ever, don’t go if you don’t want to have a bad experience like i am had and still experiencing

This store is huge and you can...

This store is huge and you can do all your furniture shopping in one place. You can browse around and take a look if you are not the type to have a salesperson show you around but I recommend asking for help because the store is so big. They have 2 floors of very unique furniture, pieces that are definitely not available in your typical furniture store. If you want something different like a purple velvet sofa set, you will find it in this store! I also saw Ashley furniture items and modern Natuzzi sofas. That being said, there prices vary and you can get the best deals on there 2nd floor clearance center. Prepare to spend at least an hour and wear comfortable shoes.
