Cleaner never came to my home on the set time and I was never informed that this would occur. Company never responded to my emails about the issue. Then I called the customer service number and spoke with the operator about having someone speak to me about this issue. Apparently only one person at the company can handle customer service and this individual, Domi, is only available to speak during the day. Domi never called me or picked up any of the 14 phone calls I made to her. Company is unreliable and clearly doesn't care about the interests of the clients besides the clients paying them. DO NOT use this company!
