I went to this place for the first time. I had my father pick up the dry cleaning and when he brought it home, it turned out I was given someone else's shirts. When I showed up with the shirts to get mine back, not only did they not apologize, but were extremely rude. They told me to leave the shirts and they'll call me. I mentioned that since I no longer have my original ticket, without the shirt, I would have no way of proving that they still owe me my shirts. I was told, "you should trust me". I said that unless I can get a receipt, I'll take the shirts back with me until they can call me with my shirts. I was told, "fine, take the shirts and get out!" as I left, he called me about 10 minutes later demanding that I come back IMMEDIATELY because the other customer brought my shirts back. I did get my shirts back, but they never so much as acknowledged that something about this entire experience was less than ideal servicing...
