The last review was 4 years ago.... but as of today this is my impression :
The manager (Igor) was quick, courteous and knowledgeable . An item, a braided stainless steel water supply line (25') could not be found anywhere. Not Lowe's, not Home Depot, not Ace Hardware , not Sears, not even GEAPPLIANCEPARTS.COM for their own product(!). Not in their stores and not on their websites.
So imagine my relief when Igor knew exactly what I was looking for and was able to order it within minutes of our conversation. This is what professionalism is about.
