I'm writing this review because for some clarity on my order that was never returned to me after it was returned to your office because of damage. I send 2 online inquiries and called six times and was told to talk to a different person; after talking to them, each one said a person(Jim, M. Robert, est.) will call me back. Never received a follow up call from them! My original order of 3 bottle of Haig Club on March 05 was shipped out to me, but was damaged doing shipment and FEDEX return it to you on March 14.

A resolution to this situation would be appreciated.

Just placed an order and cannot tell you how efficient they were. I personally spoke with Doug and really understood the importance of the request. I would definately use their services again!!! Thank you Doug. Judy
