Medical Supply maintains in office staff 5 days a week. Monday through Friday our office hours are 9: 00 a.m. till 5: 00p.m. Eastern Standard Time. After office hours and on Saturdays and Sundays our professional answering service will route your call to a customer service representative and our team of on-call service technicians. M.G.
