Amazing movers. Roman and his team did a fantastic, efficient job. They helped us break down tables and desk and had plenty of blanket pads to go around. Their wardrobe boxes really came in handy too. It would have taken us several days with out them. Great job overall. Two thumbs way up!!!

I highly don't recommend to use their service. Seems like those guys are waiting for you to sign a paperwork and now they own you. First of all, they promised to split the work in two days agreeing for one hour in each day. On the agreement it says $ 100 per hour and minimum 2 hours which is $ 100 per day. Although in reality it is if they start working, that is already two hours plus the transportation which adds up to $ 250. If you want an additional service the next day, that's another 250. I tried to call to the person to whom I had spoken to but he was not available. Papers were already signed (this is the first thing they want you to do) so I had to continue despite the fact that I didn't have time for 2.5 hours. But now the worse begins. These guys tell you what to do and how it's suppose to be and not you telling them. No customer service at all. They used as many boxes as they could (because it's an additional charge) although boxes weren't fully packed (I realized it later when I opened them). But even worse, then they tell you what they take and what not because they don't have time. The transportation between my house and a new house is about 5 minutes. They still had enough time. At the end I didn't move all my stuff. I don't like confrontations but I mentioned some of these concerns to them. I didn't get any empathy or understanding. At the end they refused to disassemble the wardrobe because it was too big to fit in. Finally, I paid them more money just to do it because I was really tired and dissapointed and had no choice. My total ended up as $ 375. I always give tips and appreciate work and never complain but they don't deserve it.
