The little man, if you can call him a man is up for argument, who own this place is a liar and has zero class. He hands you back clothes with stains all over them that he said they would remove; do not make adjustments you paid them to do; and on top of that, give you back the wrong clothes and then laugh in your face about it. The little guy even started screaming right in a woman's face who was trying to reason with him. What kind of man yells in the face of a woman, let alone one who is his customer. No class. Highly recommend not giving him the business.
