I was about to give up on my beloved Pioneer Elite plasma before I stumbled on Madison Electronics.Yuri impressed me as a very professional and knowledgeable guy. Unlike other places that charge just for inspection without guarantee of fixing - he suggested to diagnose the problem first and then give an estimate. He did that and estimate turned out to be lower than some places wanted to charge for just evaluation. The repair took a little over a week (it took some time for part to arrive over the mail). When I got the TV - I could not be happier: the problem was gone, everything worked. I am very glad that places like Madison electronics exist. I highly recommend its services.
