The pharmacy department are so rude... They don't help you. The lady sent me 3x to my house and call the insurance company to get the new ID and it turns out I had the new card just they didn't bother to look. I was so pissed.. They are a bunch of *******!!!! Don't even bother going here go to Duane Read much nicer and they help you with everything and if anything is wrong with ur insurance the pharmacists is nice enough to call and make sure everything is alright :)
