Although Charlie (owner) guarantees window tints against bubble, he does not guarantee against dust particles which are everywhere on my windows. I brought my car back to him twice, and each time there were many little specks on the tints. I asked for a refund and he said out of the question. I do NOT recommend him, for this reason and that although he guaranteed his work, you will not leave there without having many dust spots on you tints. Probably because his shop is filled with dust.

My experience with Lou's goes back 30 years. He took care of my first car, a 1972 Ford Gran Torino. Since then, Lou has installed a car radio in my car at a VERY reasonable price and recently, I had a terrible short circuit in my Grand AM. Where everyone else failed, Lou's team found the cause without snowballing costs.
