I loved my bridal dress shopping experience at Lotus Bridal Brooklyn! The consultants were amazing, on point with the current trends and how the dresses/designers would work well with my body type. I even purchased my bridesmaids dresses from here as well. Highly recommend this salon.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! The employees are very welcoming and I was immediately serviced. I chose about 6 dresses to try on and Macy picked up on the style I was going for immediately. She was so patient and was extremely helpful and honest. I got my dress that same day, I found my bridesmaid dresses, maid of honor dress, flower girl dresses as well as mother of the bride dress. I am so happy and satisfied with my experience. If I could give more stars I would.

I purchased my wedding dress in October 2013 for my wedding in July. Lotus had a great selection of dresses and loved many them that I tried on. When I purchased the dress I learned that I would work with Maria, Lotus' trusted seamstress that the store used for many years. In addition, Maria also did work for Kleinfelds and was extremely reputable. I was also told that I would receive 20% of any purchases or preferred vendors in the future if I bought from Lotus. All of these great perks and the promise of Maria made my decision very easy. Aside from purchasing my wedding gown, I also purchased 7 bridesmaids dresses as well. We were told that we could not receive the 20% off because I measured the girls myself and was able to get the cheapest price(RK Bridal). I was told that my gown and the girl's dresses would be in April. I called numerous times and finally in the beginning of May they arrived. I did not receive one e-mail or phone call, the only way I found out about the arrival of the dresses was because I was persistent. After the dress came in I went to my first fitting in which I was provided with information for Maria the trusty seamstress. After I left the fitting, I called Maria to schedule my first appointment. To my shock, Maria told me that she would not be available the entire month of July and my final fitting would have to be the end of June, a month before my wedding. I called up Lotus to let them know what was going on and they were aware but the girl just forgot to mention it to me. Lotus has no reputable back-up seamstress with Kleinfeld experience. In fact, they could not even tell me a name of a possible seamstress. I took my dress out of Lotus and will not give them business again. They did not try to rectify the situation whatsoever. On a side note: Previous to this situation I asked the name of the tuxedo store that they were affiliated with to get the 20 percent off and they do not have that connection any more --useless.
