I should of read reviews before I vent to shop there. Placed my order in August and was promised to get my order in 2-3 weeks.... It is October now... still no delivery but a bullshit stories. The sales person name is Oleg

If you want to buy a couch, it should be the last place to consider... Had an extremely depressing experience with the store salesperson, Oleg, and Bayan Furniture Co. in Turkey. LAST December placed an order for a sectional, paid the deposit, got a delivery (and a late one!) ; the item came with all broken legs - which were NEVER replaced... Extremely poor and cheap service, mean store rep (Oleg; please beware of his deceptive behavior - begged me to stop my 311 paperwork, swore to God to replace the legs, and NEVER did...)

I bought three items from this store. The worst experience ever. Was promised delivery in a week. Waited over the month and still did not receive my furniture. The store owner is feeding me with promises that delivery will be next week. Stay away from this scam.

The worst service ever! Do not order furniture at this place - it will be not delivered on time, or the parts will not match, and/or never fixed and replaced.
