although the items are adorable, the staff is rude and inconsiderate and insulting. i went to make an exchange on a gift and they weren't sure it was their merchandise and accused me of putting it in their bag!! with their high prices, they are the theives!! they were rude to my mother too, who is 89 years old. so disrespectful
