The Worst! I made a reservation for them to pick me up at laguardia airport at 2:30 p.m. I called the night before to confirm as well as the morning of the pick up. I land at 2:29 p.m. per my reservation. At 3:15 pm I call them & ask where 's my 2:30 pick up . The dispatcher tells me the driver is in Brooklyn stuck in traffic since 1pm and he can't help me since he has no control of traffic. The driver finally shows up at 4:00 pm - 90 minutes late!! To add insult to injury there was no traffic. the dispatcher lied. Do yourself a favor & Do NOT use this car service. Totally unreliable !
