With great pride and conviction I opened the doors of my own law firm in 2008. I received a J.D. degree from Albany Law School of Union University where I concentrated my studies in the area of Business Law. Previous to attending law school I received a B.A. degree, cum laude, from Queens College, City University of New York, and was elected to the Pi Sigma Alpha and Golden Key Honor Societies. I am active in the New York State Bar Association, New York County Lawyers Association, Boston Bar Association and the Bay Ridge Lawyers Association. I am admitted to practice before the state courts of New York and Massachusetts, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Second and Seventh Circuits. I have successfully represented clients before the New York State Supreme Court, Family Court and Criminal Court. I have represented clients before the Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Immigration Courts and the Federal Courts. The practice of law is a noble profession. Lawyers should at all times maintain the honor and dignity of their profession as essential agents of the administration of justice. As an attorney I have a fiduciary obligation to advise my clients as to their legal rights and obligations, and as to the workings of the legal system in so far as it is relevant to my client. I take my duty to assit clients in every way appropriate very seriously, and take legal action to protect my client's interests whenever necessary.
