I just had my roof replaced by Lapietra & Sons GC. Lou is the owner. He was polite, friendly and honest. He explained every step of the process to me, and made the experience an enjoyable one. His crew is hard working and left my home immaculate after the job was complete. They delivered the job as promised. I am extremely happy I went with Lou and company. I've dealt with many different contractors over the last year. Lou is by far the most honest GC I've met. It is a pleasure to do business with a professional that takes pride in his work and expects the same of his crew. I look forward to contacting Lou in the future for other projects I have planned. My house was in need of a serious make over starting from my foyer to the first floor kitchen to the upstairs bathroom and on "top" of that a brand new roof. I ran into an old neighbor so He referred me to Lou. He came within the hour gave me the estimate and told me what he was going to do and did it. Beautiful job done and excellent quality. The best !
