I am very surprised by a lot of these negative reviews in regards to Landau Management as landlords. We have been tenants of one of their properties for 11 years and have found these individuals to be nothing but kind, amenable, open to listening and discussing anything to do with the property. If tenants are willing to just contact them during the hours that they are in the office, they will always answer any questions that you have or they will forward you to the parties which are relevant to the questions you may have. In addition, Jacob, Moses and David as people could not be kinder. I just do not understand how anyone could speak negatively about Landau management; it literally blows my mind. You can talk to these men as people you do not need to lie or sugarcoat things. And if they have a question for you, you can be sure that they are asking because it is a necessary question. Other than that I do not understand any other situation where these individuals could be put forth in a negative light. Please note that we are not relatives or even former friends of these people. We do not share their religion and we are not gaining anything by posting this review. I am simply writing this from what I've experienced along with my husband in the 11 years we've rented from their property.

The worse landlord in Brooklyn NY If they can just treat their tenants like they want to be treated where they live. With decency and respect to adults & children!

If I could I would give them zero stars. I have lived in this building for nearly a decade now and it is the absolute worst. Seconding the "slumdog landlord." If you manage to get them on the phone they are acting like they're doing you a favor, if the check is even a day late they will find you but if you need anything, good luck! Super is never available and does not answer calls or text messages. No one wants to do any work after 5 pm or on weekends so good luck if you're working and need them to fix anything. They don't care about anything else other than picking up a check from you.

THE MOST RACIST REAL ESTATE! Basically the super and this management (real estate company) didnt want to give me the apartment because my boyfriend is BLACK AND Im white. First, the super told me when can I go to the office to sign the lease since I got the apartment then after I told the super Im moving in with my boyfriend he asked me if my boyfriend is of "our color"!! I am going to sue both of them!!!

Since this "Slum Landlord" purchased 2301 Kings Hwy. in Midwood Brooklyn unfortunately they do continue unchanged how they treat tenants. The basement often contaminated with large roaches and other insects. Laundry area is filthy with washers often out of service. It's too bad they clearly do not respect people out of the Jewish faith. Beware of major leaks with no repairs from the roof down through the first floor in this 6 floors 98 unit apartment's.
