LAND APPLIANCE IS THE WORSE IN THE BUSINESS!!!
What a nightmare it has been for me since my landlord went through this place to replaced my recently malfunctioning Refrigerator and Stove! My landlord who has a contract with this "establishment" asked them to provide me with refurbished items (stove & fridge) as replacemeny, and what I got from Land Appliance was two ROACH INFESTED PIECES OF JUNK!!! I NEVER had roaches until now! Also, the stove Land Appliance provided me with is not only a Roach Motel but it doesn't even work! Since receiving it, the piece of crap won't light. After being in my home for less than 24 hrs. I had to call them back to service the thing! Not even a week they had to come out to service it. The Technician (who was nasty and lazy) had the nerve to tell that he needs a part for this garbage! Furtjermore, when it comes to BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE Land Appliance WINS THE CROWN AND TITLE!! Their Technician don't even want to work! The Tech I got yesterday didn't event want to touch the items HIS OWN EMPLOYER provided me with! He told me to use matches to light the junk and was going to exit my apartment...I had to jump on the phone and called Land Appliance in order for the lazy guy to take s look at the stove... Not to mention after my initial call to Land Appliance days prior I was advisex that the Technician who will be coming will look into the roaches for me, but nothing of the sort happened because now the office (Land Appliance) is saying thst they can't do anything about the roaches I now have thanks to them!!! In other words the roaches are my problem now because these two rodent infested items are still in my home! I have reported Land Appliance to my Lndlord!!! Land Appliance is a crooked "business" and a very unprofessional one too! If you hear the name LAND APPLIANCE RUNNNNNNN!!!! I hit one (1) star for rating because it won't allow me to submit my review without adding a rating, and since ZERO is not giving as an option, I am clicking on 1 star for overall, but make no mistakes this place doesn't deserve not even three quarter of a star!!!

Very professional and thorough! I have to say, after reading all of the previous reviews, I did not go into this experience with an open mind. Perhaps my situation is a little different because my landlord replaced my refrigerator, but my review is based solely on professionalism and the product itself. I called to confirm my delivery appointment, and was told that the refrigerator would be delivered between 10-6, however, if I called back the next morning after 10, They would provide a smaller window of time. I called the next morning @ 10:03 a.m, and was given a window of time between 2-6. My delivery team called @ 4:30 pm, and advised that they were 5 minutes away. The gentleman asked me to begin emptying the old refrigerator, so that the transition would be easier. By the time I emptied 3/4's of the contents, they had arrived. The gentlemen helped me move some furniture out of the way without damaging anything, and they were pleased to do so. They also waited for me to sweep behind the old refrigerator before placing the new one into place. Lastly, they promptly removed the old refrigerator and carted it off with them, all within 15 minutes. I know that everyone will have a different experience, but I have to say that mine was unexpectedly pleasant. I will definitely be recommending Land Appliance to my Network of associates and friends. I also called the company owner to praise the delivery team, because all too often, people call to complain, but never to compliment.....Thank You.

STAY AWAY!!!

Wow! As a NYer I'm use to bad customer service, but LAND APPLIANCE TAKES THE CAKE!!!!!! ABSOLUTE WORST!!! Girl on the phone has no business dealing with people, and "the manager" I spoke to was even worse. And the rare chance I did get them to fix my stove, it took them four times to do it, and then it still broke a few months later right before Thanksgiving. STAY AWAY!!!!

Scheduled appointment for Fri. Morning. Called to follow up Fri & they indicated they don't have my appointment confirmed. Rescheduled for Sat. morning (10am - 12pm) & called to follow up on Sat. They couldn't reach repair person & told me he would be there before 5pm. I needed to wait at my apt all day. Rude, inconsiderate, & unreliable customer service staff. Disgraceful company
