I was visiting from out of state and, when the server learned this, he went above and beyond to make our visit a delightful experience! The breakfast bagels are fantastic! I will definitely return every time I’m in Brooklyn!

The bagels are great but the service is terrible. There's no order basically it's like they rush you and 4 times I left with the wrong bagel even after they asked me what I wanted on the bagel a few times.

The other la bagel near union basically the same thing but one day my order is one price and the next it's another price. 2 employees reprimanded the new cashier after I was trying to simply pay for my order thinking it was ok to pay since the place was empty and the cashier was just standing there and they started to tell her not to let the customers pay before the order was ready and that she was in control not the customer.

I refuse to go back but the best part about Brooklyn is that there are amazing bagels almost everywhere
