This real estate is out of date Service, I offer them a house to sale, but they don't put on MLS , they don't want to pay money for advertising, but only waiting for customer to comes to them, after one month, there is only two customers came to see my house, one of the customers told me that the broker told him (the house is too far away from the office!) I wouldn't recommend anybody use this service!
