I live in Baltimore and went to 7 Mile Market this is a huge all kosher grocery store. I saw your rye bread no seeds and tried it and it was awesome to say the least. The taste and consistency were a perfect match. I remember many years ago we had a bakery here called Parisers, not sure if the spelling is correct but your bread reminds me of it. Not sure if they are still around. The point is you got it right and I am going to buy your bread from now on.
