RUINED MY DRESS AND REFUSES TO TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY. WORST customer service I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. Refusing to admit they ruined the color of my dress, telling me I'm lying about the color. I'VE NEVER FELT MORE DISRESPECTED in a customer situation. They turned my ivory dress into a brown beige dress. I HAVE A RECEIPT FROM WHEN I BOUGHT THE DRESS THAT SAYS ITS IVORY...YET THEY STILL ACCUSE ME OF LYING. Kim at the cleaners refuses to take any accountability. She will argue with you, play stupid and tell YOU your wrong. AFTER THEY RUINED MY DRESS. They REFUSED to replace my 240.00 dress and NEVER EVEN OFFERED TO REFUND ME FOR THE CLEANING!!!! Terrible. They will lose much more in the end. I will never return there and I will make sure EVERYONE in the neighborhood knows how awful they treat their costumers. If she would have just apologized and took accountability. I probably wouldn't be writing this review. And I would've even been ok with them not replacing it. Stuff happens fine. But I have never felt treated so poorly.

The staff here is so friendly unlike the Pure Cleaners next door. All my neighbors tried Pure only because of their discounts but after 2nd time and on, price is more expensive there. Why would I go to more expensive and worse customer service? This place is perfect for me and everyone in the area

Their dry cleaning service is very professional and subtle. Can't go wrong with that.

What I like the most about them is how well they fixed my cloths. I brought 3 dresses for alteration and they came back exactly how I wanted them to be!

I love the prompt delivery and pickups. Price is pretty much the same as othrr dry cleaners around the area, but the quality and customer care is definitely better. And of course, thumbs up or green dry cleaning!
