They ruined my like new Calvin Klein trench coat!! They didn't dry clean the coat they just ironed it and burned and synched the whole coat. Just contacted the BBB. Owner rude and unsympathetic said he did nothing "Calvin Klein did it" Refused to fix the problem. :-(
