Horrible. Dishonest. Super is incompetent. They are crooks.
Hot water frequently out. Pests. Noisy neighbors. People screaming in hallways. Drug use in building common areas. Mold in apartments. Plumbing breaks down all the time.

I do not really write reviews but after reading these last posts I decided to write a review because the other posts are not that accurate. I have had a great experience with this company, they are always available and always helpful. Anytime I need something or have any questions they are there to help.

STAY AWAY. All these reviews pretty much sum up my experience with this company, apartments are small, overpriced and generally horrid. We were told the apartment had been 'renovated'; meaning they had painted over the damp patches ALL OVER the ceiling and put a screw or two in anything that was about to fall down. None of our interior doors work; we get locked in and out of the bathroom frequently, our heating is permanently on high, there is not a single window that works properly and the place is infested with roaches. This has been on going for just under a year now with zero repairs and a monthly visit from the exterminator after refusing to leave the office until something was done about the infestation. Do not deal with this crook, i wish i had read these reviews before i had the misfortune of dealing with them.
