The Owner is Rude! He thinks he’s Better than his costumers! Costumer Service is the worst of all Jimmy Jazz and any sneaker store in the neighbor hood. If you like shopping at Jimmy Jazz please don’t shop here and Boycott this store. I will never go here ever again in my live. I went their today to buy sneakers I tried one on and I didn’t like the way it looked on me. So I gave it back to him and asked him if he had my size in another sneakers and he said no. But I heard him tell someone in another language something as he was brushing me off. So I asked him up to what sizes and he replied up to 12. So I asked him again if he had my size and he said I don’t have time for you. He told me he was to busy. I stated I’m your costumer I’m trying to buy sneakers and this is how you treat me. I bought sneakers here yesterday. He replies I didn’t see you. So I put the sneakers down and said I don’t have time for this and that he wasted my time. He called me an idiot. Is this how professionals treat there costumers? Where would he be without costumers? Thank you all!
