The worst experience I've ever had and I've been straightening my hair for 15 yrs. It was so horrible, I had stop her, couldn't bare to suffer through the experience any longer. Walked out with it unfinished, looking worse than I did when I came in. My hair is natural but trained and she attempted to pull all my hair and edges out with the fine tooth comb and couldn't manage to get my roots straight with the blow dryer or flatiron. To add insult to injury the manager is useless with a bag of excuses. Livid doesn't describe how I feel right now. Should've listen to my gut, when I saw the outside of the place thought to myself this place is rundown probably won't be any good. But the previous reviews said otherwise, so I gave it a chance. Hope the next natural girl, who wants to preserve their edges sees this and doesn't have to suffer through the same fate as me.

It was my first time visiting, received a wash & set; serviced by Ingrid. She was very pleasant and also gave great hair care recommendations. I will definitely return.

Ingrid is an amazing stylist. Always pleasant and hardworking. Knows how to take care of hair. :)
