In 2019, I experienced a job loss that turned my life upside down. I knew I had to make a major financial decision and I’m so happy that I got to work with Jay. He was so understanding, knowledgeable and empathetic throughout the entire process. He made sure I was informed each step of the way, and for that I always felt confident in my decision. It’s been about two years since I’ve worked with him and by using his advice, I am in a much better financial standing. He helped me get back on track and I am forever grateful. In my search for bankruptcy lawyers I ran across your typical slick haired lawyer type with the fancy suit and office (and fee!) Jay Simon is just the opposite of that stereo type.
I moment you walk into his office you feel at ease. He listens without interrupting, does not talk down to you and his fees were the most reasonable of all the lawyers I spoke to.

GREAT ATTORNEY! He is the kindest and warmest attorney I have ever come into contact with...exceptionally bankruptcy attorneys. I spoke with 3 others bankruptcy attorneys when I decided to file and he was the only one that spoke to me as an individual, patiently explained the process and was willing to file my case before I paid him in full-no other attorney was willing to do that. He understands that the reason you are claiming bankruptcy is because you are broke and most of us don't have $1500 to shell out at one time. In addition to his pleasant demeanor he is good at what he does! He made sure of all the details before the hearing and made sure I was well prepared. He is very accessible via phone or email. We did our entire transaction over the phone and email. The first time we met was the day of my hearing. So for people with a busy schedule he is very accommodating. I would HIGHLY recommend him.
